Pada tarikh 21 September 2014, melakar satu lagi pencapaian penting bagi WIPRO Unza Malaysia yang telah meneruskna acara larian tahunan mereka iaitu “Spirit of WIPRO Run”. Untuk pengetahuan semua, “Spirit of WIPRO Run” telah bermula sejak bulan Julai 2006 dan ianya telah menjadi satu acara tahunan sejak itu. Peserta larian adalah terdiri daripada staff WIPRO bersama-sama dengan keluarga dan rakan-rakan mereka telah membuat larian ini tradisi dan kebanggaan organisasi.
Objektif “Spirit of WIPRO Run”adalah untuk memupuk nilai-nilai didalam staff WIPRO UNZA untuk menerapkan sikap Win, Act with Sensitivity and Unyielding Integrity. Secara tidak langsung menjadikan larian “Spirit of WIPRO Run” sebagai inisiatif tanggungjawab sosial korporat yang mana bersama-sama memberi menyumbang sesuatu kepada masyarakat yang memerlukannya.

Kelihatan jelas peserta larian yang bersemangat untuk memulakan larian...
Terdapat 5 permainan sukaneka dianjurkan. Memang gamat suasana di sini melihatkan aksi-aksi peserta sukaneka di padang :p

“This is the fourth year WIPRO UNZA Malaysia is organising the “Spirit of WIPRO Run” and we are extremely happy with the overwhelming response we received. For the past 3 years, with the WIPRO Cares model of joint contributions and efforts between employees and the company by means of donations in cash or in kind, the funds collected have benefitted charity organisations. This year the funds collected given to Trinity Children’s Home, Damai Disabled Person Association Malaysia and Pusat Harian Kanak-Kanak Ipoh,” said Sriram Krishnamurthy, the Chief Operating Officer of WIPRO UNZA (MALAYSIA) Sdn Bhd in his speech.
These corporate social responsibilities (CSR) have started with donation to sponsor cost of Bahasa, English and Mathematic tuition teachers for orphans at Trinity Children’s Home on 23rd August 2014. The week after, Wipro Cares visited the Damai Disabled Person Association Malaysia to sponsor 3 computers and 1 printer to facilitate the disabled on self-learning. On 6th September 2014, Wipro Cares continue to spread the charitable deeds at Pusat Harian Kanak-Kanak Ipoh to present the sponsor cost for study tables and chairs.
1. East Coast Flood
· Total RM24,000 contributed by employees through Wipro Cares
· Distributed to 46 East Coast employees who were affected by the floods

· Total RM31,550 contributed by employees through Wipro Cares
· Distributed to 48 Nepalese workers whose family were affected by the earthquake
